Hi, I’m CT Lightner. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, received a B.A. in English–Creative Writing from the University of West Florida. Currently, I live in Jax with The Boogeyman, my black cat who sleeps all day and whines for treats at night (pictured).

When not writing, I knit, watch the dolphins in the river, and absorb as much inspiration as possible for future projects.

My debut novel, NOT BORN WITH VENOM releases June 9th, 2026.
